India, May 17 -- After being trolled for losing his abs, actor Zayed Khan is back in the spotlight for his physical transformation, which he credits partly to his former brother-in-law and actor Hrithik Roshan. But Zayed says fitness, for him, is not about chasing a permanent six-pack. "I keep myself in a very centred state, typically based on roles coming my way," he says, adding, "It's not always good to have abs. For me, eating well, sleeping well helps in maintaining the right fitness level." Zayed, who has also faced social media scrutiny, says he is learning to deal with it. "Social media is not going anywhere. I am more than happy facing music as I don't want to hide," he shares. Best remembered as Lucky from Main Hoon Na (2004), Zayed adds, "Stardom is a heavy weight you carry... Not everybody can be judged by the same scale, surely Main Hoon Na has defined me as an actor, I don't carry the tags as a bag of bricks because most important is growth, keeping failures in place."...
