New Delhi, July 22 -- The assumption in the Indian healthcare landscape that stroke occurs only in older adults has started to be dismantled. According to findings from the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), there seems to be a paradigm shift; now, about one out of every seven Indian stroke patients is a young adult below 45 years of age.
