New Delhi, Sept. 19 -- Hair thinning is often dismissed as a cosmetic concern. Still, when it appears along with irregular periods, acne, or excess facial hair, it may point to an underlying hormonal imbalance such as PMOS. Seeing more hair on the pillow, in the shower, or on a hairbrush can worry any woman. People often blame hair loss on stress, poor diet, changing shampoos, or simply getting older. While these can be possible reasons, persistent hair thinning may sometimes be linked to hormonal changes.
