DQ: How is the growing shift from new construction to upgrading existing commercial buildings improving performance and reducing costs?
Atul Pai: The core customer problem in today's world is commercial buildings are becoming harder and more expensive to run. Majority of the buildings are more than decade old, equipped with fragmented legacy systems that are siloed, costly to maintain and difficult to modernize, exposed to cyber security concerns.
