India, Oct. 23 -- Zoom is expanding its AI capabilities beyond meeting summaries, introducing a system designed to connect conversations, business data and applications so AI agents can help execute tasks across enterprise workflows.

Announced at Zoomtopia on October 23, the Unified Context Layer brings together information from Zoom Meetings, Phone, Chat and contact centre interactions with company documents and connected third-party applications.
