
New Delhi, March 24 -- A deep-tech startup Pranos Fusion, two companies in the childcare segment, OZi and Kidbea, among other startups, have raised early stage funds in separate rounds from existing and new investors.
Pranos
Pranos Fusion, a deep-tech startup developing compact magnetic fusion technology, has raised $6.8 million (Rs 63.7 crore) in an early-stage funding round, co-led by pi Ventures and Ankur Capital.
Existing investor Industrial47, along with new investors such as Lalit Keshre of Groww and Bhukhanwala Industries also participated in the round.
The company, founded in 2024 by Shaurya Kaushal and Roshan George, is building tokamak technology to commercialise fusion energy, according to its website.
It will use the funds to improve the technology stack, including the commissioning of a tokamak. The funding will also be directed toward team expansion and the build-out of testing facilities, it said.
OZi
OZi, a quick commerce platform for all kinds of baby and kids' products, has bagged $6.2 million (around Rs 58 crore) in a Series A round led by RTP Global.
Existing investors Blume Ventures, Huddle Ventures, and Zeropearl VC also participated in the round. Angel investors Kishore Biyani and the founders of Unacademy, Mosaic Wellness, Livspace, Vetic, Magicpin, Spinny, Pristyn Care and Handpicked, also participated in the round.
The Gurugram-based quick commerce platform, founded in 2025, delivers baby and kids' products, across categories including apparel, toys, baby gear and everyday essentials.
It had raised $3.3 million in a seed round in October 2025 led by Blume Ventures, with participation from Huddle Ventures, Zeropearl VC and Untitled Ventures.
The fresh capital will be used to deepen OZi's presence across Gurugram and NCR, strengthen brand and trust, invest in technology and operational capability, and expand its curated assortment.
Kidbea
Kidbea, a bamboo-led kidswear and childcare brand, has pocketed Rs 30 crore (around $3.2 million) in its Series A funding round led by Enrission India Capital.
Inflection Point Ventures, LetsVenture, FE Securities and its existing investors including Venture Catalysts and Lead Angels, along with new individual investors such as Ghazal Alagh, Roman Saini, Sumit Jalan and Ajay Aggarwal among others, also participated in the round.
Kidbea, founded in 2021, is currently operating at an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of Rs 100 crore
The Noida-based startup plans to use the funds to scale up its retail footprint by launching over 100 exclusive brand outlets and expanding into more than 200 multi-brand stores across India over the next 12-24 months.
Raanro Raanro Interior Technology Designs Pvt Ltd, the parent company of children's interiors brand Magical Nest, has raised Rs 4.12 crore in a pre-seed funding round at a pre-money valuation of Rs 60 crore.
Stargazer Fund and prominent angel investors such as Kunal Shah of CRED, Ankit Nagori of EatFit, Gaurav Singh Kushwaha of BlueStone, Prashant Tandon and Gaurav Agarwal of Tata 1MG, and Anshuman Singh of Think41 invested in the round.
The startup will use the capital to develop an AI-powered platform to streamline the workflow of interior design businesses--from lead generation and customer discovery to design creation, pricing, project execution, and final delivery--with Magical Nest serving as the company's initial category to scale the model.
The company, founded in 2025 by Rahul Bhatt, Ankush Dixit, and Rohit Rai, designs and executes premium children's room interiors, creating highly functional spaces tailored specifically for kids. Projects range between Rs 6 lakh and Rs 9 lakh, depending on the design scope and level of customization.
RN Kids RN Kids, a pediatric wellness startup, has secured Rs 7.1 crore ($760,000) in a pre-seed funding round.
Marquee investors Ashish Kacholia and Lashit Sanghvi, Mohit Sadaani of The Moms Co, Hitesh Dhingra of The Man Company, Ajay Mehra, and Samir Palod of AUM Fund Advisors, as well as select family offices participated in the round.
RN Kids was founded in September 2025 by Rushabh Nandu and paediatrician Nihar Parekh. The pediatric wellness brand focuses on clean-label, clinically-backed formulations for everyday health needs of children. It is set to launch six signature products by the end of July on Amazon, Flipkart, and its D2C website, followed by quick commerce and offline retail.
CuriousCats.ai CuriousCats.ai, an AI-powered platform for users to stay meaningfully informed across formats, has closed its pre-seed funding round led by Sachin Shenoy, the co-founder of Healthify.
Other investors included Tushar Vashisht and Abhijit Khasnis of Healthify, Issac John of Ivory and Nikhil Moorjani.
Founded by Anjan Bhojarajan, former chief business officer at Healthify and a two-time entrepreneur, CuriousCats.ai aggregates, summarizes and curates content across more than 100,000 sources and 65,000 topics into one personalized experience using its proprietary AI, enabling users to read, watch, and listen in one place while reducing duplication and improving context.
The company plans to use the capital to expand into international markets, including the US and the UK, strengthen its AI capabilities across formats such as text, video and audio, and advance personalization and discovery at scale, it said.
