New Delhi, July 24 -- Divisa Family Office, the investment arm of the family behind consumer goods company Divisa Herbals popular for brands such as Kesh King, Dr Ortho and Pet Saffa, has made a limited partner (LP) commitment to an Indian micro venture capital firm.
The family office, which has a significant exposure to public markets and is increasingly expanding its private market portfolio, has backed Gurugram-based ZeroPearl VC, which was founded by former Titan Capital partner Bipin Shah in 2024. Shah serves as its sole general partner.
During his 14-year stint at Titan Capital, Shah backed more than 250 startups across sectors.
"It is Bipin Shah's founder judgement and mentorship plus our operating playbook: branding, distribution, and retail muscle (deployed hands-on within portfolio companies)," said Divam K Juneja, co-founder and managing partner at Divisa Family Office. "Digital gets you discovered. Distribution makes you a household name. We bring the latter."
ZeroPearl VC marked the first close of its maiden fund in March 2025. The fund, which had a target corpus of Rs 80 crore ($9 million then), was oversubscribed by 3.5 times. The firm invests in pre-seed and seed-stage startups, writing cheques ranging from Rs 1 crore to Rs 6 crore.
VCCircle couldn't independently ascertain whether Divisa Family Office came on board as an LP in the maiden fund, which closed for subscriptions last year.
Queries sent to ZeroPearl VC and Divisa Family Office remained unanswered till the time of publishing this article.
Divisa Herbals has built several Ayurvedic personal care, healthcare and wellness brands. Of these, Kesh King was acquired by Emami in 2015 in a Rs 1,651-crore deal, while Mother Sparsh was acquired by ITC.
According to its LinkedIn profile, the family office invests in high-conviction opportunities across public and private markets, with a presence in India, Dubai and Singapore. Its private market portfolio includes mCaffeine, Oyo, NSE India, XYXX, Blue Tokai and Supply6, among others. It has also made at least one other indirect investment through Multiples VC, according to a post on its LinkedIn page.
