New Delhi, Sept. 22 -- Co-creation platform Demoverse, on-demand convenience startup TimBuckDo, fintech and brokerage firm Definedge Securities, and Mumbai-listed securities trading and real estate management company Prime Industries have raised capital.
Demoverse
Demoverse, a co-creation platform that enables brands to build products with consumers, has secured $600,000 (Rs 5.7 crore) in a pre-seed funding round.
The round was led by Lumikai, an interactive media and gaming-focussed venture capital firm, which invested $500,000 through Pixels, its pre-seed programme. UAE-based deep-tech investor-operator Marlan and a group of angel investors also participated.
Demoverse will use the capital to convert its early brand partnerships into paid campaigns, build its go-to-market operations in the US, and expand its consumer creator community.
The platform uses AI to allow consumer brands to build products with their customers. Consumers can create, refine and vote on designs using AI within brand guidelines, while contributors to winning products earn royalties.
TimBuckDo
TimBuckDo, an on-demand convenience platform, has raised a bridge round from Trasa Ventures, the family office of Srinath Setty, co-founder and CEO of Hosachiguru, and Adarsh Narahari, founder and managing director of Primus Senior Living.
The Bengaluru-based startup is preparing to raise $5 million in a Series A round in the coming months. It will use the capital to support its next phase of expansion.
TimBuckDo is building a platform for the "pink collar" economy, creating an organised, on-demand layer of verified college students to address everyday household and business convenience needs across India. These include pet care, errands, child support, elder support, personal styling and shopping assistance, home management and quick business support.
Definedge
Definedge Securities, a fintech and brokerage firm, has secured Rs 22 crore ($2.3 million) in a pre-Series A round.
The round saw participation from existing backers Nitin Agarwal and D Prasad, alongside new investors Anant Jain and Sachin Kasera.
The company will deploy the capital towards product development, AI and automation, low-latency infrastructure, margin-funding capacity and customer acquisition.
Pune-based Definedge Securities offers an integrated suite of trading analytics, algorithmic trading and wealth-creation platforms. It operates a full-stack wealth-tech ecosystem of over 14 platforms, including Opstra (which provides options analytics), Zone (technical analysis), Algostra (no-code algorithmic trading), Momentify (rule-based wealth creation), and Gurukul (investor education). It previously closed its first institutional/angel round in November 2025.
Prime Industries
Prime Industries Ltd, a listed investment, securities trading and real estate management entity, has bagged Rs 11.86 crore from Uday Narang of Omega Seika Mobility (OSM).
The fresh capital will be used to support the company's growth plans, including the proposed establishment of an R&D and incubation centre for its Special Product Division (SPD).
The company holds minority and majority interests in businesses operating across defence, nuclear and advanced manufacturing, including Kay Bouvet Engineering and Linga Agri. These businesses provide exposure to specialised engineering, industrial manufacturing and related applications.
