New Delhi, Sept. 3 -- Cradlewise Inc, a consumer health and wellness company focussed on infant and child sleep, Makr Microsystems, a semiconductor metrology company, and BQP, a deep-tech startup that uses quantum algorithms for mission-critical operational decisions, have raised fresh funding, the companies said. Separately, cloud-based lending platform Lentra AI Pvt Ltd has acquired Israel-based data science company Data Harbor.
Cradlewise
Cradlewise has secured $12 million (Rs 113 crore) in a Series A funding round led by 3one4 Capital and Prudent Investment Management.
The company plans to use the capital to accelerate growth, expand its distribution channels, invest in product R&D, and support geographic expansion.
Founded in 2019 by Radhika Patil and Bharath Patil, Cradlewise has developed AI-enabled smart cribs that sense, learn, and soothe babies through a closed-loop system. The cribs use multi-sensor data, including movement, sound, sleep state and contextual signals, to predict when a baby is about to wake and intervene before the child fully awakens.
Radix Capital Advisors, led by Abhishek Taparia, served as Cradlewise's investment banking advisor for the funding round.
Makr Microsystems
Makr Microsystems, a semiconductor metrology company, has raised Rs 10.2 crore ($1 million) in a seed funding round led by Bluehill VC, with participation from Artha Venture Fund.
The company will use the proceeds to advance its technology development, validate its products with customers, and progress towards commercial deployment.
Founded by Ashwin Lal, Makr Microsystem is developing nanoscale 3D subsurface metrology products that enable chipmakers to visualise and measure hidden structures and defects beneath semiconductor surfaces. The technology uses key innovations in acoustic AFM imaging, optical tomography, and state-of-the-art 3D data analytics software.
BQP
BQP, a deeptech startup that uses quantum algorithms for mission-critical operational decisions, has pocketed a strategic investment from IBM Ventures, the venture capital arm of IBM. Venn10 Capital and existing investor Monta Vista Capital also participated in the round.
BQP will use the fresh capital to expand from engineering design into operational deployment, scale delivery and go-to-market efforts as it expands beyond aerospace and defense.
The company previously raised $4.9 million in an oversubscribed seed funding round in July 2025, led by Monta Vista Capital, with participation from New York Ventures, Arc Ventures, Emergent Ventures, Alumni Ventures, and others. Prior to that, the New York- and Bengaluru-based company had raised $1.7 million.
Lentra AI, Data Harbor
Cloud-based lending platform Lentra AI, backed by investors such as HDFC Bank, Bessemer India, MUFG Bank Ltd, and Citi Venture Capital, has acquired Israel-based data science company Data Harbor. The company did not disclose the deal value.
Founded by Ephraim Goldin, Data Harbor was spun off from G-STAT, Israel's leading big-data analytics company. It provides real-time data consolidation, predictive analytics, data science, algorithms and engineering services to enterprises.
Lentra said the acquisition will strengthen its Intelligence Stack, enhancing digital insights, recommendations, and executional automation across the lending lifecycle.
