New Delhi, Aug. 18 -- Atom Group, a financial services conglomerate spanning wealth management, insurance advisory and investment banking that is backed by a London-based family office, has acquired Dubai-based firm Amaltas Partners Ltd in a deal that gives it a direct presence within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

As part of the transaction, Atom Group's multi-family office platform Atom Prive will take over the ownership of Amaltas, a wealth-management firm serving high-net-worth individuals, families and institutions. Atom Group has received approval from the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) for a change in control, it said in a statement on Tuesday. It did not disclose the financial terms of the transaction.

"DIFC represents the gold standard for financial services oversight and infrastructure in this part of the world. Establishing our presence here is not just a milestone for Atom Group; it's a statement of intent," said Harsha Vardhana, founder and Group CEO, Atom Group. "This approval lets us serve clients with greater institutional credibility and reinforces Dubai's role as the bridge between Indian wealth, Gulf capital and global markets."

The acquisition will aid Atom Group's international expansion with DIFC serving as the major financial centre connecting the Middle East, Africa and South Asia with global capital markets. Its common-law legal framework and deep institutional infrastructure will help Atom Group's multi-jurisdictional strategy across Dubai, India and Singapore, the company said.

Naveen Rastogi, who is currently global chief investment officer of Atom's multi-family office, has been appointed chief executive and group CIO of the newly acquired entity. He will lead the integration of Amaltas into the Atom ecosystem while continuing to oversee investment strategy and advisory for global families.

"Amaltas has built a high-quality, client-centric franchise within DIFC, with deep relationships across entrepreneurs, professionals, and family offices," said Rastogi. "Our focus now is on ensuring continuity and stability for existing clients, while progressively bringing the full breadth of Atom Group's capabilities to bear, from multi-family office and risk advisory to investment banking and cross-border solutions."

Atom Group is headquartered in Bengaluru, and has been gradually expanding its presence across Singapore and Middle East. In June 2026, its unit Atom Financial Services Group said that it had completed the acquisition of Sirius Capital, a UAE-based investment banking and special-situations advisory firm.

The company currently operates Atom Prive, a multi-family office platform that has advised $1.4 billion in assets for more than 300 families globally. Its global insurance intermediary arm, Atom Risk Advisory, has presence in Dubai, India and Singapore. It also offers investment banking services through Atom Investment Banking.
