Nearly one million customers stayed in Certified Sustainable hotels in the past year, marking a 21% year-on-year increase.

New sustainability metric:

The company now measures success by the percentage of customers choosing certified hotels, shifting focus from supply growth to customer behavior change.

Customer satisfaction:

Guests at Certified Sustainable hotels reported satisfaction scores 4.5 percentage points higher than average.

Hotel partner support:

Over 100 hotel partners received GSTC-aligned sustainability training in the past 12 months.

Better visibility:

easyJet holidays has introduced a dedicated Certified Sustainable deals page, improved certification filters, and targeted engagement with high-volume hotel partners to accelerate certification progress.
