India, Oct. 21 -- It has been reported from the court papers that Mark A. Harden, 33, has made some shocking claims and has been arrested after a confrontation with the police at a motel in Kodak, Sevier County, Tennessee.

As per the affidavit of complaint, Harden allegedly threatened to kill a woman on Thursday and then threw some gasoline on her body and set her ablaze. The victim apparently sustained some burns but somehow she was able to put out the fire and escaped from the scene.
