India, Aug. 22 -- US Stock Market Prediction For Monday: US stocks ended Friday, August 21, on a stronger note, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average, S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite all closing higher. However, the late-week rebound was not enough to prevent all three major indexes from finishing the week lower, keeping the outlook for Monday's Wall Street session uncertain.

The Dow Jones rose 517.80 points, or 1%, to 53,277.01, while the S&P 500 gained 0.4% to 7,674.37 and the Nasdaq Composite advanced 0.4% to 26,180.45 on Friday. Despite the gains, the S&P 500 fell about 1.4% for the week, the Dow declined 0.8% and the Nasdaq dropped 2.1%.
