India, Sept. 9 -- Republicans are placing President Donald Trump at the centre of their midterm election strategy in 2026, achieving their goal of mobilising primary voters while securing support in Congress. The strategy is being unveiled in Dallas on the 9th and the 10th of September, when Republicans are organising the first convention ever held for a midterm event before the voting day on November 3.
