India, April 14 -- The latest round of high-stakes negotiations between the United States and Iran held in Islamabad ended without a final agreement, despite reports of some progress during the extended discussions. According to diplomatic sources, key disagreements over Iran's nuclear program, sanctions relief, and regional security issues led to the collapse of the talks. 

Although both sides have not fully closed the door on diplomacy, no firm agreement was reached, and tensions remain elevated across the region.
