India, Sept. 2 -- US-Israel-Iran War Latest News: Crude oil prices jumped sharply as the latest exchange of strikes between the United States and Iran raised fresh concerns about global energy supplies and shipping through the Strait of Hormuz. Brent crude and West Texas Intermediate (WTI) rose after the US carried out fresh attacks on Iranian targets and Iran retaliated against US military assets and regional allies.

Brent crude climbed above $95 per barrel in early trading on September 2, while WTI also moved higher.
