India, April 6 -- Tensions in the Middle East escalated further on Monday after U.S. President Donald Trump warned Iran it would "pay a big price" for rejecting a U.S.-backed ceasefire proposal aimed at halting the ongoing conflict involving the United States, Israel, and Iran.
