India, Sept. 6 -- UP School Holiday Tomorrow (September 7): Schools for students from Classes 1 to 8 will remain closed in Bareilly on Monday, September 7, after the district witnessed intense rainfall and waterlogging in several areas. The one-day school holiday has been announced by the district administration as a precautionary measure amid continued heavy rain and a forecast of more showers.

The closure order, issued on the directions of the District Magistrate, covers schools affiliated with the UP Board, CBSE and ICSE, besides government-aided and recognised private institutions.
