India, March 17 -- After recent developments involving Venezuela and the ongoing tensions with Iran, US President Donald Trump has now shifted focus toward Cuba, hinting at a possible takeover of the island nation.

During a press briefing at the White House on Monday, Trump openly spoke about his intentions. He said, "I do believe I'll be having the honor of taking Cuba. I think that's a big honour. Taking Cuba in some form." He further added, "Whether I free it, take it - think I could do anything I want with it, you want to know the truth. They're a very weakened nation right now."
