India, March 27 -- Asian markets are also trading lower. This comes after US President Donald Trump decided to delay his earlier deadline to strike Iran's energy infrastructure by 10 days, pushing it to April 6. Reports suggest that Iran requested this extension, and in return, it allowed 10 oil tankers to pass through the Strait of Hormuz. This move has given both sides more time to continue talks. Meanwhile, major Asian indices slipped, with China's CSI 300 falling 0.25 per cent, Japan's Nikkei dropping 0.94 per cent, Hong Kong's Hang Seng declining 0.09 per cent, and South Korea's Kospi seeing a sharper fall of 2.94 per cent.
