India, Sept. 18 -- Philippines School Shooting Latest News: Three students were killed and eight others were injured in a school shooting at Banga National High School in South Cotabato, southern Philippines, on Friday, September 18. The dead included the suspected 16-year-old shooter, who authorities said turned the gun on himself after the attack. Banga Mayor Albert Palencia said the victims were students between 14 and 17 years old. Four of the eight injured students were reported to be in critical condition. The shooting took place at Banga National High School in Banga town on the island of Mindanao.
