India, Sept. 24 -- The arrest of a US technology executive and a Russian citizen took place amid charges of concealing the Russian nationality and operation of a company involved in digital forensics when bidding for government contracts in the US. The CEO of Oxygen Forensics Inc. based in Virginia, Lee Reiber, aged 55, was arrested on Sunday in Idaho. He will be appearing before a federal court in Idaho on Tuesday where he will be released on bond. He is expected to appear in federal court in Los Angeles within the coming weeks. A Russian national from Moscow named Oleg Sergeyevich Davydov aged 52 was arrested on Sunday at London Heathrow Airport as he was about to board a flight to Istanbul.
