India, Aug. 28 -- Nepal issued a fresh flood warning on Friday after receiving information about another breach of a landslide-dammed lake on the Tibetan side of the Nepal-China border. Authorities urged security personnel, rescue workers and others involved in relief operations to remain on high alert and move to safer areas if necessary. The warning came as Nepal continued to deal with the aftermath of the August 26 flash flood, which has killed 469 people in Nepal, while hundreds remain missing across Nepal and Tibet.
