India, May 25 -- NEET UG Paper Leak 2026 Latest Update: The Supreme court highlighted serious concerns in its latest verdict regarding irregularities connected with the NEET exam, while describing it as sad that the National Testing Agency (NTA) had failed to learn from past mistakes, despite several instructions being issued by the apex court earlier.

A bench of Justices PS Narasimha and Alok Aradhe issued notices to the Central government, NTA, and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on a set of petitions seeking restructuring or closure of the agency, which conducts medical admissions in the country through NEET.
