India, June 4 -- London commuters are dealing with yet another day of big disruptions because a fresh 24-hour strike by the Rail, Maritime and Transport union just started on Thursday. This is the second major Tube strike in less than a week, which is really tough for thousands of passengers. The disagreement began at midnight after talks between the RMT and Transport for London broke down over issues with working hours and shift changes.
