India, June 21 -- A four-year-old British girl has died following a drowning incident at a hotel swimming pool in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, authorities in Spain's Canary Islands have confirmed. Emergency services responded to the incident on Saturday afternoon, but despite extensive resuscitation efforts, the child could not be saved.
