India, Aug. 1 -- A deadly wrong-way crash created choas on Interstate 94 (I-94) in Chicago's South Side on Friday evening left one person dead and several others injured, prompting a large-scale emergency response and the closure of northbound lanes, according to the Illinois State Police.
