India, April 10 -- Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar reached Delhi on Thursday and is scheduled to take oath as a Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament on Friday. After completing the formalities, he will return to Patna the same evening. Soon after his return, he is expected to step down as Chief Minister, clearing the path for a new leader and the formation of a fresh government in Bihar. The transition is likely to take place around April 14 or 15.
