India, Sept. 12 -- There are a number of places in India where banks will remain closed in the coming days because of the holidays of second Saturday, Sunday, and regional festivals. But the number of days remains different from state to state. The banks in India will remain closed in September 12 because of the second Saturday holiday, whereas the holiday on Sunday falls on September 13. Also, there is a holiday in a number of states on September 14 because of the Ganesh Chaturthi festival.
