When a forty-something woman demonstrated that she could hold a plank for 6:34 minutes in the gym, we crowed about how she had beaten everyone across age groups - below 45 and above 45 - and across genders. She was unchallenged for two weeks. Then came the real champ, Roshnie Bheemaiah, who held the plank for 7:02. Her age: 71.5. The only person who managed to beat her score, by 18 seconds, was a 49-year-old man. But it was Roshnie's score that dazzled everyone.
