India, Aug. 30 -- 8th Pay Commission Latest News: The 8th Central Pay Commission is scheduled to visit Jaipur, Rajasthan, on August 31 and September 1, 2026, as part of its ongoing consultations with employee organisations, unions and other stakeholders. The official commission website has confirmed the two-day Jaipur visit.

The commission has been conducting consultations across different states and Union Territories to gather views on pay, allowances, pension and other service-related matters. It has already held interactions in several locations, including Delhi, Ladakh, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal.
