Nigeria, Oct. 6 -- Former Anambra State Governor and opposition leader Peter Obi has expressed deep grief over the fatal crash of a Nigerian Air Force aircraft in Ondo State on Monday, October 5, 2026.

In a statement released on Monday, Obi extended his heart-felt condolences to the Nigerian Air Force, the armed forces, and the families of the personnel and crew members who lost their lives in the tragedy.
