Nigeria, July 21 -- The Vice Presidential candidate of the National Democratic Coalition, NDC, Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso, has confirmed that he and the party's presidential candidate, Peter Obi, signed a written agreement regarding Obi's promise to serve for only one term if elected President of Nigeria.
