Bangladesh, July 14 -- The Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has arrested 93 people in a series of anti-crime and anti-drug operations across the capital over the past two days, recovering 54 kilograms of cannabis and seizing vehicles allegedly used for drug trafficking.Geographic Reference

Police said 30 suspects were arrested during separate raids in Mugda, Uttara West and Turag on Sunday, while another 30 people were detained during a special operation conducted by Mirpur Model Police Station on Monday.

Those arrested include suspects involved in regular cases, warrant cases and various criminal activities, according to police.

During an operation in Uttara West, police recovered 40 grams of cannabis from the suspects.
