Bangladesh, Aug. 11 -- Heartful Limited organised a seminar titled "Today's Training, Tomorrow's Journey to Japan" and certificate awarding ceremony at the Bangladesh Coast Guard Technical Training Institute (BCGTTI) on Tuesday.

The programme focused on the importance of professional skills, Japanese-language proficiency, discipline and workplace culture in preparing Bangladeshi youth for employment in Japan and other international labour markets.
