India, Feb. 28 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Saturday congratulated the Jammu and Kashmir cricket team for winning the Ranji Trophy, with the chief minister announcing a cash reward of 2 crore for the players and support staff.

Describing the victory as the Union Territory's "finest hour", Sinha lauded the team's grit and determination in scripting history.
