India, July 28 -- Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, along with his wife Kaushalya Sai, performed prayers and worship at the world-famous and historic Bhoramdev Temple, in Kabirdham district of the state, praying for the happiness, peace, and prosperity of the state.

At the Bhoramdev Temple, he worshipped Lord Bholenath (Shiva) as per Vedic rituals, performed circumambulation of the temple, and also participated in the five-day grand "Chatur Shuddhi Sahasra Kalash Maha Anushthan." He took part in the religious ceremonies conducted amidst Vedic chanting and prayed for the progress of the state, social harmony, and public welfare.
