India, May 21 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to chair an important meeting of the Council of Ministers at 5 pm today. This will be the first major meeting of 2026, with speculation over a Cabinet reshuffle emerging as the hottest topic.

According to sources, all Cabinet ministers, Ministers of State with independent charge, and Ministers of State will attend the meeting.
