Army chief reviews Northern Command combat readiness
India, June 10 -- The high-level review meeting on preparations for the upcoming Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra, scheduled to be chaired by Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Monday, has been postponed to June 12 due to his prior engagements.
Official sources said senior Jammu and Kashmir officials have been informed about the revised schedule. The meeting in New Delhi will review security arrangements and civil preparations for the annual pilgrimage, including healthcare, sanitation, accommodation, transportation and emergency response mechanisms.
