Srilanka, Aug. 9 -- Sri Lanka has achieved 95.8 per cent implementation of the World Trade Organisation's (WTO) Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA), well above the global average of 87.6 per cent, Treasury officials told the Sunday Observer yesterday.

The Government is now moving beyond its WTO obligations through a "TFA Plus" program aimed at reducing the cost and time involved in importing and exporting while making international trade more predictable for businesses.
