Hanoi, Sept. 24 -- General Secretary and President To Lam made the above suggestion while addressing a seminar with several U.S. business giants, which took place in New York on September 23 on the occasion of the top leader's participation in the high-level general debate of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA 81).

The event was jointly organized by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the U.S.-ASEAN Business Council, and the business communities of the two countries.
