Hanoi, March 23 -- Both sides agreed to continue enhancing dialogues, consolidate political trust, promote contacts and exchange of delegations at all levels and across all channels to solidify the ground for bilateral ties, especially in such fields like economy, trade, investment, energy, agriculture, transport, logistics, education and training, tourism, science and technology, local-to-local cooperation, and people-to-people exchanges.
