Hanoi, March 31 -- The project targets to build an elite and modern cybersecurity protection force capable of preventing and responding to all risks and challenges in cyberspace, thereby firmly safeguarding national security, social order and safety, as well as the lawful rights and interests of organizations and individuals in cyberspace.

Accordingly, a regional training center for cybercrime prevention and cybersecurity will be formed and developed in the country to enhance its position and leadership capacity in the region.

By 2030, Viet Nam also strives to have at least 10,000 highly specialized cybersecurity experts, of whom 20 percent meet international standards.
