Hanoi, May 19 -- Bezdetko said, Russia always treasures its traditional friendship and comprehensive strategic partnership with Viet Nam.

He affirmed that the Russian side, and he personally, stand ready to closely work with Vietnamese side to implement the cooperation orientations agreed by the two countries' senior leaders.
