Hanoi, Nov. 4 -- Le made the above statement during his meeting with President of the Lao National Assembly Sonexay Siphandone in Ha Noi on November 3, as part of the latter's four-day official visit to Viet Nam.

The Prime Minister warmly welcomed Sonexay on his first official visit to Viet Nam in his new capacity as the top Lao legislator, describing the visit as a vivid example of the close fraternal ties between the two legislative bodies and the shared commitment of the two Parties and States' leaders to strengthening bilateral relations.
