Hanoi, July 23 -- Addressing the meeting, Le underscored the need for Mekong-Japan cooperation to continue adaptability and innovation in order to deliver more tangible benefits for their people and businesses. He proposed adopting "co-creation" as a guiding principle, under which Mekong countries and Japan would jointly identify priorities, formulate initiatives and implement projects based on shared needs and interests.
