Hanoi, April 17 -- The joint statement was reached during the state visit to China by General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (CPV) Central Committee and State President To Lam, made at the invitation of General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and President Xi Jinping from April 14-17.
