Hanoi, Sept. 26 -- The top Vietnamese leader made the above statement while addressing the Viet Nam-Canada Business Roundtable held in Ottawa, on September 25, as part of his State visit to Canada.

The event was jointly organized by the Viet Nam's Ministry of Finance and the Global Affairs Canada.
