Jakarta, July 22 -- Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today participated in the Trilateral Meeting between the ASEAN Chair, the Philippines, Brazil and the ASEAN Secretariat. The Meeting was chaired by Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines, Ma. Theresa P. Lazaro and attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federative Republic of Brazil, Mauro Vieira, and Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn.
