Hanoi, June 26 -- Tran Anh Tien was promoted to the new role from his previous position as Director-General of the Government Office's Department for General Economic Affairs.

The Government Office is one of 17 ministries and ministerial-level agencies of the current Government led by Prime Minister Le Minh Hung.
